Black Friday starts early and runs all of November, finishing at the end of Cyber Monday, 30 November. The offer is 20% off sitewide, so the set drops from £45 to £36. There are two sets of ads: men buying for themselves, and partners buying for him as an early Christmas present. These are black-led so they look different from the green Christmas ads that take over on 1 December. Each frame comes as a 6-second looping motion version and a static.
The main self-purchase ad. A man who has been thinking about starting a routine now has a reason to start it this month. It leads on the set and the price drop.
A five-card carousel showing each product's sale price, then the set as the better deal. This is also the only Black Friday ad that features the single products.
A review from a man, about starting a routine himself. It's the reassurance a first-time buyer needs, with the offer underneath.
This is where Black Friday meets Christmas. It gives the gift buyer a reason to buy in November rather than waiting: the same present, £9 cheaper, and one less thing on the list.
Brad's review is about getting the set as a Christmas present, which is exactly the outcome a gift buyer wants. The Christmas ads use the same quote, so it carries over from November into December.
Same check as the Christmas ads: confirm with GENT that Brad R. is a real customer with no connection to the business. His review appears twice in Klaviyo.
The ticked Christmas list from the December ads, at the Black Friday price. There's also a women's opening card for the concept 2 carousel, so the gift buyer gets the same step-by-step cards with her own hook.
The Cyber Monday push, in two versions. Run "Ends Monday" on 28 and 29 November and "Ends tonight" on 30 November only, to both audiences and to retargeting. Switch both off at midnight on the 30th.
The gift set leads five of the seven concepts. Two cover single products for stocking fillers. Every frame comes in the size it would run at: Stories at 1080 × 1920, carousel and feed cards at 1080 × 1080. Each one comes as a 6-second looping motion version (MP4, ready for Stories and carousel video cards) and a static. These run from 1 December to the last posting date, 17 December, at full price.
The main gift-buyer message. It answers the obvious worry about buying skincare for a man: will he use it? The tree-lit scene puts it in a Christmas setting without tinsel or red.
A five-card carousel that unwraps the set step by step, then ends on the price and the saving. Swiping through the routine is the product demo.
The numbered routine becomes a ticked-off Christmas list. Two versions: the Story is for the gift buyer, and the square is the men's version that asks him to add it to his own list.
Review ads have produced most of this account's carts. Brad's review is about getting the set as a Christmas present, so it speaks to men and reassures buyers. Zoe's is from someone who gave it.
Check before running: Brad R.'s review appears twice in Klaviyo (once as "Brad") with almost identical text. Confirm with GENT that both reviewers are real customers who are not connected to the business.
For people who want something smaller. A card for each product with its price, then a last card that offers all three as the set.
A Story for each product, each with its own angle: the cleanser as a stocking filler, the serum as the step most men skip, and the moisturiser for winter skin, which suits a ceramide moisturiser.
A deadline Story for the final days before the last posting date, mainly for retargeting. Run it from about 12 December.
